The service was terrific with parking on-site. The staff was attentive and caring and gave us great advices.

Unfortunately Wi-Fi signal was very weak.

Location: the hotel was close to pebbled lake edge—very handy, the shopping centre and many restaurants and shops and a nice harbour. Ate at Spaghettihaus, it's just a pleasant stroll away from the venue.

We decided to stay in Limone for a couple of days instead of just a day trip, and we're so glad we did! The location of this hotel is beautiful, with stunning views of the lake. The resort is spotless, and the infinity pool overlooking the lake is a real highlight. The room was comfortable and had a lovely view too. The staff, especially Marcia, were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. They even accommodated my gluten intolerance with a special basket of bread and crackers each morning. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of options. excellent value and a very pleasant stay.

The view was great. It was also great that the hotel was close to the beach and within driving distance of a shopping center. The breakfast was really tasty and it was awesome that there was parking allocated for guests.

I really did not like that there were no tea or ironing facilities in the room and the wifi was only accessible in common areas. the staff was not very helpful or friendly, which really put a damper on my stay.
